Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026. SquatJudge is reachable at . This is the straight talk on your data - no legal maze, no dark patterns. The short version: your videos are yours, we don't sell anything about you, and Live mode never even leaves your device.

What we collect (and why)

Your videos. When you upload a set for analysis, the video goes to our private storage so our processing service can judge your depth and render your verdict video. That's the whole reason it exists - nothing else happens with it.

Live mode stays local. The live camera counter runs entirely in your browser. That footage never touches our servers unless you explicitly save and upload it.

Account basics. If you sign up we store your email, display name, credit balance, and credit history - the minimum to run your account.

Payments. Handled by a payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers; we only see that a purchase happened and which credit pack it was.

Messages. If you use the contact form, your message and reply address are delivered to us by the contact form service.

Analytics. We collect basic product analytics to understand which pages and features work, where people get stuck, and how to improve SquatJudge. We use this data in aggregate and will never sell, publish, or trade your personal data.

Cookies. Only the boring, necessary kind: one to keep you signed in, one anonymous id so your analysis session survives a page refresh. Analytics may use local browser storage to understand site usage. No ad trackers.

Where your data lives

We use managed infrastructure for accounts, credits, private video storage, video processing, payments, and hosting. Where practical, we choose EU-region services. Uploaded videos are fetched only to run the analysis and render your result; temporary processing copies are discarded after the job finishes.

How long we keep things

Uploaded videos and rendered verdict videos: 30 days, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Account data: as long as you have an account. Purchase records: as long as accounting law requires.

What we will never do

Sell your data. Run ads against it. Use your videos to train AI models. Publish your personal analytics. Share your footage with anyone - it's your training, not our content.

Your rights

You're covered by the GDPR: you can ask what we hold about you, get it corrected, or have it deleted. Email and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant we'll say so clearly.
